i recieved a call from this number, a guy named Richard Brown call me and wanted me my credit card number and he also called form 832-598-2188, and than he also gave me the number of 8663308463, I don't know what is going on, but i ask them for some information and am waiting to see if I will get it or not.
a person named Director Tom Moore calls and wants to verify all my info so they can bring me paperwork for a small law suit against me. I have also been receiving emails for the same thing.
Called my work and left a message with someone saying it was about a "Friday Morning Event." I checked here and a few other places and found the same person, Thomas Moore had called and made some kind of threat of small lawsuit. I found a voicemail on my phone when I went outside where he called my phone and left a message making the same threat. The company is MWS and although they claim to be a lawfirm they are just a debt collector. They didn't even say who their client was. This reaks of scam. They say I'm going to be served on Friday. I'll see how THAT goes. I've been threatened like this before and I've never had that happen. Everytime I talk to these kinds of people they cannot back up the [***] they're trying to say I owe. I'll let everyone know if they decide to actually do something.
Just checked my credit report and there's nothing that these people would be handling on there. That won't stop them from calling all the time and threatening me.
This may be another company named MWS that's a creditor but it's worth a read.
