Yes - I received a call from this number today and did not answer, suspecting it was another phony spam call from lowlifes operating a spoofer call system - they could be anywhere, and are probably not anywhere near Texas. I hope the FCC will soon find a way to track them down and throw them in prison - maybe the Supermax in Colorado? One can only hope...
