Okay, we block our numbers because each call center has hmmm idk... .100 computers! If each computer had it's own number, we would have to open a completely different branch just to keep up with all the people calling back. DUh
That's a lie. I asked politely all 10 times when you people called and the calls keep coming. I have filed a complaint with the FCC and the Texas Attorney General for your company's inappropriate behavior.
THEY CALLED ME AT 10:10 pm WAKING UP MY ENTIRE HOME.. ASKING ME IF I WAS THE 18 YEAR VOTING IN MY HOME... I WAS VERY UPSET THAT THEY WOULD CALL THIS LATE AT NIGHT........ THE GIRLS STARTED LAUGHING WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR FOR THAT SHIFT.... THE SUPERVISOR AMY GOT ON THE PHONE AND LAUGH AND HUNG UP ON ME!
