Shut the [***] up u [***] idiot. If you're on here you're getting these calls too or you're an $8 an hour making debt collector with nothing better to do
They are getting paid by the same people everyone is complaining about to try to make this company seem legitimate. What a job, trying to steal money from people that aren't smart enough to know it is a scam, these are your parents and grandparents getting taken to the cleaners by these [***].
I have gotten an email from a loan company that sold my account to debt collectors. So get off your horse trying to act as if its not a scam, when it most definately is. I've taken out payday loans and the companies I've used do not sell or give your account information to debt collectors to collect on the debts.
If you worked in collections, you would know that the FDCPA has nothing to do with them calling your mom's house. They can call 5 times a day if they want to. As long as they're not talking to the debtor each time, it's not considered in violation. I hope you're not at a collection agency I'll ever work for.

I'm not trying to be "high & mighty" since I'm a collector, they call me as well..I just didn't know who they are and looked it up. Yes, they're looking for me. Just know what you're talking about.
