tws your a real piece of [***]. i get these calls on a brand new numbers. i pay my [***] on time and i have never had debt. you make money the worst way possible, of other people's misery. I will be recording every call i receive from you [***] and hope to make enough money from that to fly out to texas to start a 24 hour protest outside of your house to you know how it feels to have your crocks call 24/7
BANK OF AMERICA credit collection harassment. In my Google research I've linked this number also with "credit collection." I have received 120+ calls in two weeks! Thank goodness I give out a "junk" phone number that goes to a voicemail box only (like a spam email account) to businesses!! I was one month behind in one credit card (by mistake--because my bank changed my account number), but I paid it today. Perhaps I will see these calls stop now? The credit card is with Bank of America. and I've never been late with a payment before. Not once. The state of our economy--harass every customer, even the good ones. Sigh.
These people have been calling me day and night for about 1-2 yrs now. I have never got to talk to anyone. They just put me on hold and no one comes back on the line. They call day and night. I wish there was something I could do to make them quit calling!!!!
I recently returned from deployment and had a letter from Universal Fidelity, LP in my stack of mail, as my phone had been shut off while I was gone. The letter stated this collection company had taken over a bill for a "Healthport," regarding payment for a copy of medical records with a service date of 11/15/06! Now, I never requested a copy of my medical records that wasn't free because it was being sent to a new doctor, but I called the number anyways to find out what there story was.
A man answered the phone the third time I called, failed to provide his name, and just said, "Hello?" I said I was calling to find out about a bill I'd received for services rendered that I had NOT requested or received. The man did not ask for my name, patient account, or any other identifying information. He asked if the services were medical records, and then instructed me to send Universal Fidelity a letter stating I'd never requested or received the medical records. That would take care of the matter.
These people have never called me, and only sent the one letter in the beginning of December. Reading up on what other people seem to be going through, I'm debating whether or not to even send the letter, because the bill seems to be fradulent, and right now these people do NOT know how to contact me. Does anyone know of current class action suits against this company, or other legal proceedings for fradulent activity? I'd like to confirm that this company seems to be phishing.
