Recieved several calls from 1-281-647-4156. Its universal Fidelity LP. I rented movies from hollywood video a couple years ago and apparently i owe late charges.. Hollywood video closed and sold there "Uncollected Monies" to Fidelity.. Supposedly you can dispute the charges,, i have yet been able to talk to someone about this... Im still looking into it...
They left a recording saying it was Fidelity Debt Collections. Since all of my bills are paid there wouldn't be anything to collect- so I have to assume they have a wrong number.
