"Consumer services calling in reference to your current credit card". At least they left a voicemail message. I'm glad I have stopped answering numbers I don't recognize.
I've heard that if you answer, then auto-dialers will "know" it's a working number and then start calling more often. Not sure whether that's true or not, but my logic is that if it's important, then they'll take a second to leave me a message.
