Without a summons via mail or served, it means nothing. Flag the number in your phone to go directly to VM. This way you won't here it ring and they will eventually give up. Hope that helps!
Calling to push credit card terminals. This is my personal cell phone - on the DNC list. The only TX sales tax thing it could have come from is my kids' school PTA organization. (I'm the treasurer.) Wow. Nice of the state to sell PTA moms' personal cell phone numbers. Who in the world would actually do BUSINESS with people that sell this way???
I am receiving repeated calls from this number and when I answer the phone, it is only a message to call back. If this is actually the TX State Business Development Center as they say, why doesn't someone speak to me when I answer the phone to tell me more about the free credit card terminal and free printer they're offering?
This company sends recorded information pretending to have an important public service announcement from the State of Texas. Actually, they are touting credit card merchant services. They call all the time. I tried to call this number back to complain, but it's listed as out of service.
