Without a summons via mail or served, it means nothing. Flag the number in your phone to go directly to VM. This way you won't here it ring and they will eventually give up. Hope that helps!

this is done by all the states in this country. there is no law against it, and they've been getting away with it for years. goes to show you who our elected "representatives" are really representing :-\
