These folks call all day and night. I called back, ONCE, and it said,"Please wait for the next available representative." These kinds of calls cost me a lot of minutes, and for WHAT? I've saved it in my call log, and named them "Next Available Rep" and assigned a very annoying ring tone. I've learned never to just answer with the blue tooth device without verifying caller ID. They've taken the joy out of the new phone. You can assign an ugly photo, too. Love that "IGNORE" button.
A friend called them, and they said they were "CCS Management." No information other than that. Have no idea who that may be. Don't care, either.
They have been calling me at all hours of the day as early as 6am and as late as 10pm. I have never answered my phone when they call, I just know they call at the least 9 times a day. I want these people to leave me alone!
They call me too. Apparently, they are a collections agency. Can't imagine why they are calling me. I answered and the lady was VERY rude, and wouldn't explain herself.
These people not only call a lot--but at crazy hours. Most telemarkets, collection agencies, etc. at least have the decency to annoy the crap out of you during normal business hours. Not these folks! They have called as early as 7:30 am and as late as 9pm, after my kids are already in bed. I don't answer, I just hit the 'off' button on my home phone which makes it stop ringing for the remainder of however long they call. I answered once and told them I was not there. They keep calling though. Maybe they'll get the hint one day.
These people call my cell every day, three or more times a day. Today they have called me FOUR times, EVERY HOUR!!! I tried to call back, ONCE, and got some annoying recording. I just hung up. I now BLOCK them on my cell. My phone never rings, but I do get a message "missed call" in my log. I don't know who these people are and really do not care.
