These folks call all day and night. I called back, ONCE, and it said,"Please wait for the next available representative." These kinds of calls cost me a lot of minutes, and for WHAT? I've saved it in my call log, and named them "Next Available Rep" and assigned a very annoying ring tone. I've learned never to just answer with the blue tooth device without verifying caller ID. They've taken the joy out of the new phone. You can assign an ugly photo, too. Love that "IGNORE" button.
A friend called them, and they said they were "CCS Management." No information other than that. Have no idea who that may be. Don't care, either.
These people call me 2-3 times a day for the last 2 months now. I answered once and they wanted to talk to somebody I have never heard of and the claimed very rudely that they new he was here they spoke to him 2 days ago. I said I own the company and I am the only employee you have some bad info, they said our records are very up to date and current. I told them not to call back and hung up on them. I still get 2-3 calls a day. Thank God for caller I.D. I have called the number back and the will give out no info on the company or they just do not answer.
They are a collection agency. Someone in my office erroneously gave them my cell number. They are trying to collect a $130 invoice for Quill Corporation which my company paid over a year ago and Quill can't seem to understand that they credited someone else's account. After faxing them proof three times, they turned the account over for collection. Now these yahoos keep calling me at lunchtime. I told them once not to call me on my cell but to contact my office, no good. Now I just ignore the 301 area code calls.
