They called 4 times everyday over a month. I called back to the number. She said I have to pay $350 bill. They got my SSN. don't know how they got my SSN.
This is a collection agency called Questwood Management, PO Box 22630, Cleveland OH 44122. (At least that is the info they gave me after I called several times asking for them to identify themselves)
Send these rude a**holes a letter and tell them you want no further contact from them. Then file a complaint with the FTC if they don't stop or if they are calling at odd hours. Funny thing is they started calling me after I had already paid the $44 bill they said they were trying to collect, only they told me they needed $64, I guess Questwood wanted me to pay them an additional $20 for their service. They have been calling me repeatedly for a month now. I called my creditor today and filed a complaint with them, they informed me they had received other complaints against this company. I am also sending the FTC a complaint as well, as I would advise all of you to do. I have dealt with collection agencies in the past but never any as rude as these people. Start asking the caller questions and they will hang up on you every time, the scumbags.
Every time I answer the phone,from this caller, there is either no one on line, or someone laughing. These are harassing calls. Is there not an agency that can take care of these bottom feeders? I have no idea why they are calling, they become confrontational, and try to start an argument. When I hang up and call back it say's mail box is full. Or some one answers and the harassing starts all over again. This has got to be illegal. What are WE supposed to do when WE are being harassed?
I am Differently abled and can rarely sleep in the best of times. I can move only so fast. These calls have become Physically painful, and psychologically abused..
