There is a cell phone called the Jitter phone. They have one model where one just presses a button that automatically dials your number. They have a service where she pushes a button to get the operator and the operator connects her to you.

I also think there is a phone (not sure of the company) where one can program it so she can call you with one push of a button, no number to remember.

Just ideas to consider.
