Annoyingly calls numerous times per day without leaving a voicemail. Finally called them to ask the nature of their call but I was on a long queue for an agent.
This caller is unknown to me and in no way has a personal relationship with me. Blocked.
They are calling to solicit information from you for other lenders wanting to refinancing your home no different from the junk mail you get trying to do the same. You would be safer calling your current lender and asking about your refinancing options and how it would or would not benefit you. Never talk to strangers giving out any type of personal information. They try to tell you your lender is not upfront with this information whenever someone call to solicit information from you either don't answer or just hang up the phone at first it might feel strange hanging up on someone while they are talking to you but after a couple of times you won't think twice. Sometimes you answer the phone not knowing it is a solicitor. Said he was calling for the Federal Benefits Center not true his name was Zack Anderson his phone number showed up on my caller ID as 301-232-7652 but he gave me 1-877-995-7652. The Federal Benefits Agency said they do not call and do this.
