I thought it was a neighbor so I answered it after the second ring. Nothing on the other end.

I bought a call block phone.  Blocked the # (along with the other 100).  Thank you Panasonic!!

I don't care , I do not answers number that I don't know. And I hope to stop calling at my number .

Caller ID:  Unknown.  Per whitepages.com  owner named hidden by whitepages for privacy reasons.  Exchange is in Brandywine, MD.  No complaints yet about this number on whitepages.com.  Thanks for the information about soliciting for the police.  Next time a I see an officer I will ask about these solicitations.
