Call back gets, "the number you have dialed is not in service..."  That indicates the number is most likely spoofed.  It's some sort of scam.  Block it.

Received a missed call from 301-274-6023 at 1:15 PM on 3/24/16. Dialed the number back & it was an automated system about eligibility for a free security system. Garbage call.
