Received a missed call from 301-274-6023 at 1:15 PM on 3/24/16. Dialed the number back & it was an automated system about eligibility for a free security system. Garbage call.
All phone numbers are recycled. No one gets rid of a number without a good reason since it a pain in the butt to notify everyone. So now you know why the former owners got rid of that number.
