This call came through my caller ID as "Steve Twyman." When I answered and asked that they take my number of their list the ignorant boy hung up!! Disgraceful!!
Call fom "Jane Garcia" who passed me off to "Sean Stevens". Representing Capital One. Reduce my interest rate to 0% for life for 1 time charge of $695. Then passed off to Lisa in the Education Center to seal the deal. Got phone numbers frm them in case I had any questions. I have already given ALL this to fraud unit at Cap One.

Answered out of state call. The robot voice answered and said they were calling to lower my interest rates to 0% and press 1 if interested. I knew it was fishy, but pressed 1 for more info. The man who answered had a foreign accent and claimed to be "card services." I asked for what card and he said all my visa and master cards. Bull. I asked him to remove me from his call list and he said, "No, I will absolutely not do that." I asked, "Why not." Then the a-hole hung up. Blocking now.
