Called my work, asked for me, as soon as I answered a foreign accent said my name as a question, I confirmed it was the right person and they hung up.  I'm sure it's a scam of some kind.

Same here.  Called yesterday, asked my name then hung up.  Today, same thing only said "Thomas, Dr. Marshal here." then disconnected

The number lookup says NIH... but I'm pretty sure the National Institute of Health doesn't make calls like this.
