i have been getting these calls for months. saying they r going to aresste me they call my work 20 times a day i went tothe police and they r looking in to it.they told me they cant come to the to arrest u they have to send court things in mail. so iam not worried
i keep getting phone calls everyday at work.i work in a supermarket were iam always busy they need to stop calling i will end up losing my job.if it is that inportant they should send me a letter in the mail and stop calling they r not allowed to b calling at work if it keeps up they will b in trouble
I received a call today and my called id shows "911" so I answered it. A lady in an Indian accent tells me someone had reported fraud on my social security and birthday due to a loan I received. I asked her what last four social security number and birthday was she referring to. The information she gave me was nothing close to mine. She then tells me I need to hire an attorney and have them call her at 301-458-7129 or else she will send out a warrant for my arrest and I will be in jail tomorrow. I asked for her name and she said her name was "Jenny Wilson" this lady spoke unclear english with an Indian accent claiming her name was Jenny Wilson.. this lady also refuse to give a name of the company where she was calling from. After I hung up I googled the 301-458-7129 number she provided and I came across this site. Big Time Scammers, do not let these low life scum bags get to you. Report them so one day this will all back fire and they can rot in jail.
i have been getting those same callsthey told my daughter tell your mom if she does not call me back she would b arrested.that was three weeks ago they said that it never happend.so dont worry
I'm pretty sure is the same lady that just left me a vc mail too..it sounds like she's reading something off of a sheet of what they have to say..she has a strong indian accent too and can't hardly understand her english she stated her name is MARILYN LEWIS..and that's why i googled the number and found this helpful information
I had this same lady to call me and state that she was with BCI & that if I failed to call her back or pay this loan there would be criminal charges or actions taken against me after I told her I knew this was a scam and my legal rights & that there was no such department she placed me on hold to speak with another "so called" officer Tom O'Brien and I told him the same thing that they were a scam and that I had already research them & their scare tactics he begin becoming rude & disrespective and I told him do what he had to do which was nothing but to hang up and not call me again because if he did I would place harrassement charges against them.
