Loud call center. I heard the line click on after I finished my greeting, which led to a few random "Hello?" moments.
I could hear TONS of people in the background.
Without identifying himself or his company, he asked for the controller, but had his name super wrong.
Very Loud call center- Caller does not identify herself,mumbles when she speaks and then seems to get annoyed when she is asked to repeat herself several times because i could not hear/understand what the hell she is saying.
Claims she is from "HP" and when asked what this is regarding would only respond "to reduce costs in the coming year"
Got a call from 3015663006 claiming to be HP and stating that they would like to reduce costs over the year. They claimed to know someone named Cody and then stated that they heard he no longer works with the firm. They thought I was the IT director (wrong number he sits right in front of me), and then asked to speak with him when they found out I was not.
Now I don't know if it was a "spam" call but I didn't stay on the phone long enough to find out. It sounded fishy from the beginning.
Called for a man that no longer works here. The man asked, who took over for him in the IT Department. I informed him the guy he called for was NEVER in the IT Department. He hung up on me.
