WOW !! Talk about R U D E !! Asked for someone who hasn't worked with our company for over 10 years. When asked what this call was in reference to....they claimed they needed to talk with someone higher up than me.....Jokes on them....buck stops at me. Mentioned our system was out of date and hasn't had any upgrades in quite some time.....This is true of our old HPs' as we bought all new Dells within the last couple of years. Lots of back ground noise.

I received a call as above from someone is a loud call center claiming to be from HP.
They wanted to discuss potentially working with us.
I fibbed and told them we already had a partnership with HP and they were already helping us save.
The caller flawlessly said that this was why he was calling as they wanted to evaluate initiatives for 2016.
I flawlessly fibbed and said we met with HP in February 2016 and were all set for this year.
Told them there were probably working with a slightly outdated call list.
Badda boom badda bing, no raging caller, no jerk bag douche to deal with, they had NOWHERE to take the conversation.
Spend a few minutes being politely, fibbingly dumb everyone. Works like a charm.
If they're trying to sell you something, say you met with a rep from *insert company* last month and you're already onboard and their call data might be out of date.

I have had so many calls from this company. They claim to be HP, they claim to be IT. I have told them I do not want what they are selling, do not call again. They just keep calling.
