Actually you should never answer unrecognized numbers... once you answer then the scammers knows it's an active number with a real human attached to it...
Your phone number can then be sold to other scammers because these people do not care about Do No Call registries as they spoof their phone numbers and are therefor untraceable
Yep. First time seeing this number on my CID. Came across my CID as "Unavailable 301-804-9454" and of course, no VM was left. Since no VM was left, the call wasnt important to begin with.
Fraternal Order of Police...if you state you are not interested the man says in an agitated, aggressive, rude tone, "I wish you the best with everything and I hope everything turns out okay" and disconnects the call.
