I just started getting calls from this number, but it only rings twice (long b4 I can answer). Seems to be a computer-initiated call; like those loser telemarketing people (from the lower end of the gene pool).
They've called here all the time when nobody has been home.
Caught them today... SUNDAY...which is not a good day to harass anyone!
The person on the phone "Luis" didn't like the idea of I.D.'ing himself, (they all have employee numbers, ASK FOR IT). He wouldn't give me his.
So now on Monday morning I'm going to file a suit against RPM and "Luis" for harassment!
Call me on a Sunday morning and not identify yourself, shame on you "Luis".
Best of all... I'm not who they are looking for!
Stupid stupid people.
This is a complete fraud, as I received a call from these people who were trying to collect a debt from Verizon. I honestly thought that there might be a problem because I did have an account with Verizon a few years ago, and thought that this was an unpaid bill do to a move or the sorts. Yet, they were not able to provide me with any of the most basic details about this account, nor were they willing to send me any information via mail or electronically for me to validate with Verizon. They were extremely bossy, rude, and even though debt collectors are the lowest form of life, these guys were so bad they cannot be taken seriously.
If you get a call, just ignore them and do not even bother wasting your time like I did, and if you are concerned about a debt, call the REAL company directly...
