joint harassment suit? I'm collecting all info every time they call before moving ahead,(they have called once since Sun., on Wed.). This was after I told them they had the wrong people and not to call. Hope you are all doing the same, think about it, a joint lawsuit.
It's the principle of the matter now... besides, people as simple as these shouldn't be allowed to use the phone anyway!
They call our house all the time, no matter the time of day. They said we owed a bill from MCI. We have never had services through MCI in our lives. My hubby told them we had Googled their number and it is a scam. They attempted to argue. Waste of time. I wish we could block the number from calling.
This is a skip trace collections agency that works for Capitol One Auto Finance. They call the debtor, then engage them inconversation, then have the tow company outside towintg the car, boat, RV, Harley whatever has been financed.
