I have had this number call me 15 times in the last month. Sometimes it begins with 011, sometimes with +30, but it's always the same string of numbers. There are many more times I've received calls from this number, but my call log doesn't go back that far. I went to London in Feb, and received a call from this number in March, so I thought they were connected. So I've been receiving calls from this number every other day (literally) from this number for the last 3 months. I finally answered today and he said "This is Bonn from Association of Operations Systems Management.' Same schpiel about my computer running Mircrosoft and errors. I told him "I own a Mac and don't use Microsoft. How did you get my number?" After a brief hesitation he said "Oh. you don't run MS?" I said "Nope." and then all I heard was a click.
I want to report them for fraud and harassment, anyone have any luck in that department?
I got a call just now and he said there was a problem with my computer. I knew it was a scam so I played along. He asked me what browser I used. I asked him what is a browser and he explained with his thick Indian accent. He proceeded to tell me to type www.ammyy.com. he then asked me what was on my screen. I told him a rainbow. He asked what did you type in. I said www.mommy.com. he said NO I said www.ammyy.com. I said OH. OK. He then said what came up I said a blank page. He asked what did you type in. I said www.Mikey.com. This game went on for a while till I pissed him off. Then I hung up on him!!!
