Just received a call from Joseph Valasco. Wanted me to agree to a settlement before charges were filed. Refused to send me anything in writing. Kept saying "they" already sent something to my address but couldn't tell me who "they" are.
Received a call from this # on my cell and now they have left a message on my work phone! Says her name is Sara Reed with S & G Legal Processing. I have googled the company name with no success. How do I stop them from calling my work #?????
Got a call from a guy name Joe (Joseph) from this number. Didn't leave a company name or anything just his phone number. Same scam that every other guys who tried to get ahold of me does. Problem is Process Servers WILL NEVER CALL YOU BEFORE THE SERVE YOU!! If your going to scam people atleast do your homework before you start calling people.
