Just received a call from Joseph Valasco. Wanted me to agree to a settlement before charges were filed. Refused to send me anything in writing. Kept saying "they" already sent something to my address but couldn't tell me who "they" are.
My parents received a call from Mr. Velasco who stated that I was facing incarceration. When I called back, He then stated that he would garnish my wages, before hanging up on me. I called repeatedly only for this guy to keep hanging up on me.
Same guy called me, said he was with S & G legal company. He said that he noticed some suspicious activity on my account and needed to talk to me. What account? Have no idea what he is talking about. If I do actually talk to him, I am going to request a certified letter that I can submit to my attorney and see what happens. I was getting calls from other numbers and they stopped....this is a new number that they are apparently using. Frustrating!
Got a call from joseph regarding someone else. He stayed he was from Delaware County. He wanted me to tell the other person to call because of legal documents. Put me on hold when I started pressing. Then said have them call or else and hung up. I hate these people.
