Got the call from unknown and said to call the 302 number. Previously, someone called me from another number and said that I had pending litigation against me about checking/bank fraud.
Bunch of crooks. I have 800+ credit score and pay off my cc's every month with no outstanding debt.
Unfortunately, older and uninformed people are going to get taken. I just tell my parents not to answer the phone when the number is unknown. If the caller is persistent, my parents give them my sister's number cuz she is an attorney.
Received call from this number as well as other..I do have one outstanding debt but know who I am paying. All of my other debt has been paid off! It's so frustrating that they continue to call! Both numbers have been reported!
These people have been calling an elderly couple in rural Nebraska for three weeks and will not stop calling. They called their local police dept. and they have even tried to make the calls stop. The people are just plain rude and said that it will take 30 days to remove them from their list. Bull**** a legit collection co could remove it immediately. We'll see if the calls by police and myself will stop them from harassing an elderly couple that owes no one any money!
