This number came on my caller ID as "ALERT". I answered and waited for the typical "Kerplop" sound effect before the robo call spoke to me. It had the sound of a recording. I simply said "recording" and the response was "Of course I am not a recording. I am using a soundboard since I am unable to speak to you clearly. Some of us have disabilities. Let's continue, shall we?"
