Calls coming in the evening now (had a Sunday call, too). Didn't answer unrecognized numbers. I emailed the Atty Gen office as advised by Verizon. Like that will really help.
I missed the call, and it went to voice-mail. They left a 3 minute long voice-mail with NOTHING. No one speaking, no recording, no background noise--just 3 minutes of dead air. ???wtf???
Caller ID showed 302 307-1421 as "Polling_Quest" I find the scammers are inserting symbols in their "names" making it hard to impossible to block them on my phone which only lets me enter 20 names and numbers manually. Plus I am unable to enter symbols with my phone. Can someone recommend a reasonably priced phone blocker to replace my limited phone that I use? Thanks.
robocall from 302-307-1421 caller ID said "POLLING_QUEST" on Monday 11-21-16 at 921 AM.

"Are you one of the thousands of people who have double digit increases in health care..........blah....blah.......
press 1 to talk to a representative or 2 to be permanently removed from the call list."
Didn't do either and the message repeated in its entirety a second time before eventually hanging up.
