Water filter company scam tries to fool new homeowners who just moved in. They got my name off the real estate transfers public list, just like the rest of the direct marketing scum. They use language that sounds like your local utilities.

Call between 9:00am-9:00pm Monday-Friday 9:00am-1:00pm Saturday 302-544-7145 Thank You. I called thinking something was wrong with my water service, only to find out the notice is so you think that something is wrong, call them, and they try to sell you a water softner. DONT FALL FOR THE SCAM!!!!!!
On 1 June 2015 we got a "Water Update" yellow postcard - seems like the same as everybody else but with a different phone number (302-544-7145). I'm not wasting my time calling them but if someone from law enforcement can track these people down and arrest them, that would be great. How hard can it be to find them and arrest them when they publish their phone number and address (74 Southgate Blvd, New Castle, DE 19720) and they are obviously trying to scam everybody with fake advertising claims.
