Who called from 3027581000

A person named "Faith" called my office stating she had "an important business matter" but wouldn't give any info to my receptionist so I didn't take call.  Stated to receptionist that she would call the other number she had for me.  At that point my cell phone rang and the above number was identified.  No message was left.

Called home phone, did not answer, no message.

Called my cell, did not answer, no message

I called back and there is a message telling me to call the number on the back of my credit card BUT it does not state which card or which bank!

Caller is from Chase Bank. Called on a legitimate info verification for an application I had on a business credit card
