Called here too - I don't even pick up the phone anymore.  

Called back and got the message (after *67, of course) "at the subscribers request, this phone does not accept incoming calls."  

That tells me all I need to know.

robo-call trying to sound like they're calling about my current credit card but really just selling some credit card application

Has called 3 times today: 9:45am, 10:30am, and now 1:30pm.  Automated junk.

And again at 3PM.
