Do yourself a favor, go after the source of the provider of this number. It's either a "network", communications network or "manager" They are the ones that sell, share or rent our info. It's the provider that we need to go after since FTC has failed to do that. Be an active consumer that goes after the source. The FTC is too "overwhelmed."
I received a call from this number this morning at 9 am and I Called this number back and it says they are with the verizon wireless national payment call center.
I also received a call from this number saying I won a trip to the Bahamas. I am also on the National "Do Not Call Registry." I will place a complaint there.
You are on the DNC list & yes you should file a complaint. As you are on the DNC list & getting a telemarketing call, what does this tell you about the business? Honest business' follow the rules, which tells you all you need to know about your caller. You can just imagine what will happen with your persona/financial information if you were unwise enough to give it.
