I just got the call too, and I am in Michigan. I didn't pick it up though. I guess I am glad I didn't. I signed up with http://www.donotcall.gov a while ago, I wonder how I can go about reporting these [***]!
I received an automated call on my cell phone from this number. It was a machine playing a message that advertised television service. I pressed 1 in order to signify that I was interested in purchasing their service, which connected me to an operator. He asked me if I was interested in ordering installation of their service. I began to reply that I was interested in finding out why they were soliciting my cell phone with automated calls, and he immediately hung up. I called the number back, and a message informed me that the number was disconnected or out of service.
