I just got the call too, and I am in Michigan. I didn't pick it up though. I guess I am glad I didn't. I signed up with http://www.donotcall.gov a while ago, I wonder how I can go about reporting these [***]!
this number called me just a minute ago and when I tried calling it back. it was disconnected? I am assuming they are using that new service called spoof calls or spoof card. where they can call anyone and make it look like it is coming from any number they want. when they chose a number it shows the name of the registered owner. I heard about it on Hell Date show and found it all over the web. man that sucks....
