Have gotten two calls during work hours. Message left says the "allegations are being downloaded" and that i need to contact them. The contact Number is different than the number that called me (720-496-4250).
I receive calls from these people several times a day. I have had messages from both Michelle Davis saying litigations are being filed today in my county (funny they say that every day for over two weeks) and also from Steven James stating a fraud investigation. My newest name that called today is David Thatcher. I never answer the phone when they call and never return a call to them...you'd think they would get the hint and quit calling!
Same calls here from Florida - they had old address, old bank account info, and saying if I do not respond by 2:00 they are filing suit - I never had a payday loan .. total garbage..
