Called me by my last name. Wanted to know if I was the primary user of my household computer running Windows software. (Didn't ask which version I was running) Wanted to help me protect my computer from problems. East Indian accent. I told him I was hanging up on him and then I did.
Received a bogus call from 303-961-5403 (Sprint Mobile) number asking for access to computer for a problem??! Right. I called the Sprint Mobile Customer Service and told them to stop the caller from scamming other people. They are going to investigate the above phone number.
Just go straight to the Sprint Mobile carrier customer service and lodge a complaint . Set a fire under their butts.
Received a similar call from this person, who claimed he was from Microsoft and I had a problem with my computer. Obviously a scam so I told him he was a freak and a fraud and to never call her again. Called at 4:48pm today, and the jerk doesn't even attempt to hide his caller ID.
