The same thing has been happening to me lately. Somebody keeps calling me from 304-445-5940 a lot and they never leave a message. When I call the number back I get 2 beeps, then a dial tone. I would like this person or company to be investigated and harrasment charges filed against them. These people are just calling to harras me and I want it stopped!
I am actually interested in reducing my interest rates. When I started asking questions about what cards they were representing, they hung up on me! It really hurt my ear! How rude! Why are they calling me if they don't want to talk to me? Caller ID says "cell phone" in WV. I thought it was family or a customer for my home business. Sad when you can't even answer your phone anymore...
