I have been getting calls returned from people who thought I was calling them. 209-304-4478. My phone wasn't turned on and I was not making the calls. a recent caller told me the number on her phone was 304-4478-998 which is part of my phone number. I asked ATT is someone could have hijacked my number and they said no. I've had ten calls today!
