I can't beleive this BS. I got this call 10 mins ago on my cell phone in North Cali. I am upset, just last month I made a complaint with the FCC to stop a similar deal, except the people with the #866-491-2180 said they worked with Global Rewards and was demanding for us to pay money for a prize we didn't even want. They were extremely rude and then hung up. I saw this 304 # and was very hesitant to even pick up. I didn't, and of course to no suprise they left no message. My advise, to have it stop (if it should persist) report to FCC.
