I an in North Texas and got this call too, at 605pm, I don't know who it is, missed it, and they did not leave a message..

Any ideas? Collection agencies maybe? Or some sort of fraud?

To the person who thought it was a GPS system, what makes you think that is what it is? It is freaky if it is, just looking for more information..
