Legal department called me a week ago......Spoke to a rep about my credit card...told me that i would be going to court...to tell you the truth i thought it was a scam so i didnt pay.....I was just served documents to appear in court by a process server 2 days ago....damn it i wish i had paid..........

Post proof or retract. We see your type here all the time and you can never cough up the goods. If you really got served then what court, what docket, which municipality? C'mon... cough it up shill... either cough it up or be prepared to be humiliated, dragged through the mud and then chewed up and spit out by the Kracken.
What "legal department"? If this is legit (as you so claim), validate it. Otherwise, stop posting spam or it will be reported to the administrators of this website for removal.
If this was a (real) debt, held by a (real) debt collector, and you were served (real) legal papers by a (real) process server. Then what did you expect? You'll have your day in court, & due process. Unless of course you're a 3rd world criminal trying to scare, and extort Americans for financial gain, on fake loans. I'm going with that one.
