Received call from 304-931-4286. The call sounded to be a recording and gave different options asking to press certain numbers for various information.
The one option was in regards to alleged information concerning my acount. I did not comply with any of the requests as this call appeared suspicious in nature.
Called the number back got a machine, said it was NCC. Couldnt tell them not to call again because I didnt want to leave a message with my nam e and number on it.
I have been getting calls from them for months. Rite Aid Pharmacy uses them for debt collection and someone accidentally typed my telephone number onto somebody's account who does not pay their bills. I have spoke to several of their people who are extremely rude but they refuse to stop calling. I only figured out who it was because their phone system was messed up and it accidentally transferred me to their company operator instead of a debt collector when I pressed 1.
Report them to the WV Attorney General's office online. I did that with another harassing company and it worked. I'm checking this one out now and will be reporting them too. They have no reason to call me, I don't owe anyone money..
Screw that! I'm fixin to pop these folks with a few violations and penalties using the WV Consumer Protection Laws. Why should I let that dolt in the WV AG's office have all the fun? Several mistakes on the call I received could add up to some nice scratch.
To NCC or whoever you are. Keep violating my rights under WV law...please!
