Haha I also got the exact same info from this guy. I've been messing with him and telling him I wanted to pay a full year up front. What a jerk. The house he listed... I actually drove by and is being leased through a legit company asking for $2,200 a month. Not $750. What an idiot.

Did you get n address for the house and check with the county auditor as to the owner of the property? Was it owned by the person from whom the email was sent?
