Unbelievable! I was just about to reply with all the information requested here in OHIO!! I checked the property out in the auditor page and it seemed legit. I am in shock. Well, I will reply to him with my findings.

yup this guy did the same thing word for word and the emails from him are word per word. but this time in illinois

This guy also did the same thing to me but he is now using another number 323-989-1137. Unfortunately my husband and I fell for it and he kept our $700 dollars. I'm not sure if I should reported to the police. I did made a report with Western Union. This is his info so don't fall for it!! It had never happened to me but everything he said made sense. Be careful people!! Learn from our mistakes.
