I have been receiving the same type of calls . They have been leaving me several messages that I need to take action before they take me to court. They had my social security number and said that I owed on a payday loan back in 2011 from cash.net . However when I asked them when the transaction occurred they saidthey couldn't tell me or provide me with a number to contact cash.net. They wanted me to send them $190 to avoid legal action. Every time I call back its always the same two male with a thick foreign accent. They identified themselves to me as supervisor robin smith and the other was using last name peterson
I got the same call yesterday. Very upsetting. Telling me that I owe them money. They would not give me any other information other than to tell me that I was being sued for fraud.
i just got a called today saying i was going to jail on Tuesday but they wouldnt tell me what jail or what court house that i took out a loan on the internet and havent paid it back so i was going to jail i never took at a loan or recieved any money from anyone.
I have been receiving threatening calls from this number for a couple months. I have no idea why, but I do know they started after I went on website 1800loans. I didn't borrow any money from anyone, I just browsed the website. About a month later I started getting these calls. Now they are wishing me luck and praying for me...creepy to say the least. The caller won't give me any information. Just have my attorney call they back or give them my attorney's number so they can contact them.
