I have been receiving the same type of calls . They have been leaving me several messages that I need to take action before they take me to court. They had my social security number and said that I owed on a payday loan back in 2011 from cash.net . However when I asked them when the transaction occurred they saidthey couldn't tell me or provide me with a number to contact cash.net. They wanted me to send them $190 to avoid legal action. Every time I call back its always the same two male with a thick foreign accent. They identified themselves to me as supervisor robin smith and the other was using last name peterson
Claims to be an Attorney at Law firm collecting money on a loan I never even applied for. Called back, no one there spokr english nor would tell me details of the loan besides that I owed lmost 1000 dollars and thhey aould PERSONALLY come find me if I did not pay.
I just got a call telling me that I would b arrested for a loan that I have no idea what they talkin about. I googgled the number and it has alot of people claiming fraud.
called me telling me that its very very important that i pay him what he needs. if i dont pay him "i will be very sorry and all he can say is good luck". i have no idea who this person is but they barely speak english and keep harassing me.
I have been scamed by these people that if i didn't pay them 75$ that were going to press charges against me and now i have to pay 475$ when they take me to court but for me to stop them from taking me to court is to pay them 75$ and go to wal-mart and get a green dot credit card. to stop all legal charges.
