I have been receiving the same type of calls . They have been leaving me several messages that I need to take action before they take me to court. They had my social security number and said that I owed on a payday loan back in 2011 from cash.net . However when I asked them when the transaction occurred they saidthey couldn't tell me or provide me with a number to contact cash.net. They wanted me to send them $190 to avoid legal action. Every time I call back its always the same two male with a thick foreign accent. They identified themselves to me as supervisor robin smith and the other was using last name peterson
M husband is terminal.. they say he applied for and recieved a loan. harrassing phone calls continously..so I told them they were fraudulant and all calls to my phone were being transferred to Sargent Pici-dily and all calls were being traced....it didnt stop them until they started getting return calls from the.."tracer phone"....apparently everytime they answer they hear a steadily beeping noice every two seconds..hhhhmmmm...sounding like a phone button being pushed tracing calls within seconds and continually monitoring the line ....hhhmmm...all calls stoppped...I mean that is what Sargent Picci-dilly explained
Received a call from someone stating his name as Eddie Jones from some law office of Wilson barely speaking english,when asked of the nature of the call he stated saying contact your lawyer and pay the money for he feels sorry for me.Iwas receiving these calls a year ago then they stopped.I have no clue about any loans.They really need to be investigated and charges brought forth.
Threathening, unprofessional........screaming at me when I asked for specifics of the so call lawsuit, dates and information they allege are fraudulent and bogus....
I received a phone call from this number today in a voice mail saying good luck contact your attorney we're coming to arrest you Tuesday if we don't receive your payment of $800 in full
I received a call from this number at my work phone #, he had an accent and was hard to understand. I asked why he was calling me at work and he yelled at me that it was because I wouldn't answer my cell phone! He said I had an outstanding loan from Americash Loans, he had the last 4 #'s of my SSN and the name of my bank. I hung up on him and he called me back at my work # 5 times. Each of my co-workers yelled at him and hung up on him. Haven't received a call back so far.
